Does it make sense to contact this travel agency?

On August 22, 2019, by signing an agreement, I purchased a cruise with accommodation in a cabin with a balcony from the DAV club tour operator at the Boomerang Tour travel agency. You can read my review of this company on this site. On August 30, after the information sheet was sent out, they offered to replace the cabin with a balcony with an internal one, which categorically did not suit me. I canceled the tour and asked for a refund of my money as soon as possible. Alice Khoma's rudeness has already been written here on the site. I fully confirm that there was also throwing the phone and the phrase "about subordination and that we are not in the bazaar" and this despite the fact that the travel agency should return the money to me, and not me to them, and I am two times older than this manager. The director apologized for her, I never heard an apology from her. Apparently, a very valuable employee for this company.

Now about the documents that were issued to me before paying for the tour.

Contract. Data about me - surname and name were entered from the international passport, the numbers of the international passport and my phone number were also entered. Nothing more.

The agreement was concluded between me and for some reason the DAV-club, the seal on the Agreement is FOP Fedorova L.V, ? signature of the director of the DAV-club, , No mandatory addition to the contract indicating the name of the tour, its duration, living conditions, and price was not provided to the contract. There were no two equivalent copies of the contract - I signed my copy, and the travel agency made a copy for myself. The receipt for the cash receipt was from FOP Fedorov. On the receipt, my last name is already in Russian, without initials, the amount was not written in words, there was no decoding of the cashier's signature.

Insurance - issued for two people at once, when I paid, they did not issue a receipt for payment of insurance.

And the most interesting, nowhere in the provided documents, I did not see the name of the Boomerang Tour travel agency. Only on the sign in front of the entrance)).

The issue price was 1868 euros in hryvnia equivalent. I was lucky though that the money was returned to me on the 6th day, even after the scandal.

But from the legal side, the contract is worthless, it is difficult to identify my personality under such an agreement and receipts, it is also difficult to identify the other party, i.e. legally, they don't owe me anything.

So is it worth taking the risk and buying tours from such an agent who cannot provide competent legal support for the sale of tours and a respectful attitude towards the client, not only when accepting money, but also when returning it?
