Good afternoon!

I would like to share my impressions about this travel agency. I cannot remain indifferent after I saw such a positive review about this organization, apparently which the employees themselves wrote. We flew with this not pleasant travel agency several times due to the fact that our friends were the initiators of contacting this "desk". The first year everything seemed to go smoothly, but faced with complete incompetence in obtaining a visa, within a month they remembered what documents were needed to obtain a visa, went there as if to work. As a result, visas were made for a trip for exactly 14 days and many reasons were invented why it happened, although later we found out that the reasons were invented. For the second year, we again faced the issue of a visa, my wife had to make a visa that was not needed, and even the tour was selected by ourselves.

This year we decided to take the risk again, the criteria for the trip were announced, but what was offered to us did not meet these criteria, it felt like we were communicating in different languages. As a result, when we found a tour, the cost of a tour through this "false" travel agency, taking into account all the pseudo discounts, came out much higher than the same tour in other companies. When it was said about this, they say what the discount is expressed in, the answer was if I knew if you were one hundred in other travel agencies, I would immediately refuse you. Bottom line: Spoiled mood, refusal to book with loss of money and accusation of not being grateful. And I also want to add, out of our kindness, we advised friends of their services, but as a result, no one took advantage and were surprised by their attitude towards customers. So think
