We bought a shop tour from a travel agency to a textile fair in Ivanovo. We were interested in tours of the company, since buses leave from the Novogireevo metro station, we live in this area. The firm does not have a normal office; the office is a newsstand near the Novogireevo metro station. The travel agency does not conclude an agreement with a tourist, although most self-respecting firms conclude an agreement for a tour service. In place of the promised comfortable bus tour. class (foreign Mercedes for 18, 30, 45 seats) a dirty car arrived, resembling a broken minibus. Absolutely not intended for sightseeing tours. The location of the seats in the cabin did not meet any safety requirements, some of the seats were located sideways. The interior was dirty, the seats were not equipped with seat belts. Fortunately, there were few people and we sat relatively normally.

The driver is not familiar with the route.

The driver did not have an elementary navigator, the situation on the road and the traffic jams were looked at by the passengers themselves. Arriving in the city of Ivanovo to search for a destination, the driver lost more than half an hour asking for directions from local residents. Disgusting driving style of the driver dangerous overtaking on the arrow, all the potholes were ours.

I will not use this company again
