LEAD TOUR Groups in Paris simply forgot about their tourists by not providing a paid transfer. Not only did they silently change the hotel, we, the tourists, found out about this only in Paris, so they did not provide a transfer to the airport. They waited until the last minute, called the representative office in Paris - an answering machine, when there was an hour left before the plane, they took a taxi. They wrote a claim upon arrival home, they did not answer us for a long time, then they drove us from the office of the travel agency to the office of the tour operator, they accused us of not calling Moscow at that moment, they refused to pay for moral damage, paying for the taxi and then, at the exchange rate in Russian rubles , at the time when they took the tour, although the euro has risen in price at times at that time !!!!

They explained that the transfer was broken, unforeseen circumstances, although this was not the case, the tourists who were picked up at the airport said that we were not found due to a change in the hotel, which the tour operator himself provided us without our knowledge and warning !!! They refused to pay for the moral damage, they said that we did not go to the doctors, so everything is OK with us and there was no shock! We tourists were just lucky that we found a taxi ourselves and managed 15 minutes before the end of registration at the airport, although there were traffic jams, we found money for a taxi, and if not ..... it’s scary to think what would have happened !!!! Terrible attitude towards us in the office, we almost had to beg to give us our own money spent on a taxi
