Justified expectations

Having promised my daughter to go to London on August 24 and after learning that the visa was being processed in three weeks, I realized what a difficult situation I was in, because I flew to Moscow only on July 31. Extremely clear information on the site about the visa and the possibility of providing a large number of excursions made me pay attention to this company and entrust the fulfillment of my promise to them! As a result, having left for 2 weeks in Italy, I agreed with Mikhail that during this time they would fill out all the questionnaires and make all the translations, and for this I had to pay only a mower when buying a tour from them, which seemed quite inexpensive to me. As a result, the visa was given after 5 days)). As for the tour itself - it went without a single failure, all the excursions were according to plan, the Ambassadors Hotel turned out to be much better than the reviews we read! The only thing that did not go according to plan was the difference in the tour plan before departure and the fact that it actually happened to be there, i.е.

free days were not at all what I expected, and after all, I booked a helicopter flight and now he got on the Harry Potter tour !!, but even in this case, Mikhail was in touch in full readiness to do something - at least At least it seemed so to me, although I moved the helicopter to the next day. By the way, the tour to the film studio itself is very interesting and my daughter and I could not meet the allotted time, so the bus left without us, although it waited, as it turned out later, for half an hour, and we got to London ourselves by bus, train and metro, which was very glad)). I rarely write reviews, however, remembering that there was not a single good review about the hotel, and it turned out to be much better than expected, I decided to write and recommend this company at least for the first visit for sure!
