Good day to everyone who reads this review. My acquaintance with Vesta Travel began with a trip to Poltava and a visit to the Sorochinskaya Fair. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, clearly and organized. My friends and I were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. Therefore, when the question arose about organizing an excursion with students to Kyiv, this travel agency was chosen. Phoned a month before the trip. Everything was discussed and agreed. . . But two weeks later, problems began: they promised to call back, but did not call; They said they would send an email address, they didn't. I send the list to the official mail of the company, they can not find it. Then we change the operator three times. . . But this is only the beginning. . . Two days before the trip, it turned out that we would not have a bus, although we ordered a 4-hour bus tour of Kiev. When the operator’s fault was proved, they didn’t apologize to us, but said that they would have to pay another 112 hryvnia per person or refuse the cool museum, explaining to the parents that the misunderstanding had arisen due to telephone conversations. .. We have been traveling for 5 years already and ALWAYS agreed on the phone (we live in Sinelnikovo and there are simply no travel agencies here), but this has never happened before!!! As a result, we abandoned the Museum of Science and Technology. In Kyiv, we were met by a guide at the train, the bus was already waiting. It gave the impression that everything was fine. But. . . A "bus" sightseeing tour is, it turns out, when most of the time you walk in a circle, and the bus stops. . . The route was not thought out, we visited some objects several times, three times we ended up where we planned to visit the next day. The guide was boring, uninteresting, the children did not want to listen. Sanitary stops were not provided at all. . . In places where we were bored, we stuck out for a very long time, but where we wanted to linger, we were given very little time. The guide did not make contact with the leaders, did not perceive comments and suggestions. And on the second day, I generally allowed myself to be rude and discuss those accompanying with the children !!! Well, at least the children are well-mannered and did not succumb to provocation. .. But the second day began with a delay of the guide for 20 minutes!!! The route of the second day was designed so that we had to be in two places at the same time (I give the program): 15:00 - 15:30 - funicular 15:30 - 16:30 - walk along Podil 15:50, 16:00 - WATER MUSEUM !!! As a result, we are late for the water museum and the guide made us guilty (it turns out that I, living in Sinelnikoe, had to make a program and calculate the time !!!). . . And why did we pay money to Vesta Travel in this case? For all these situations, no one thought to apologize. . . If you are planning to relax, and not to be nervous and worry about organizing a trip, I advise you: DO NOT CONTACT THE WESTA TRAVEL TOUR OPERATOR!!! P.S. At the same time, there was another group of children from Sinelnikovo with us, they also had a bad impression of cooperation with Vesta Travel. Two groups is already an indicator!!! THINK AND MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!!

I would like to comment on a few points so that there is no unverified information:
Nobody lost your lists in the mail, they were received immediately, as soon as you sent them.
We really had a misunderstanding during telephone conversations regarding information about what is included in the price of the tour and what is not. In the future, in order to avoid such a situation, we will confirm the cost of the tour only in writing - via Viber or by e-mail.
In any case, a bus tour provides exits from the bus.
It cannot last 4 hours without stopping.
As for the guide - extremely surprised, because. just a few days before that, he worked with our group, incl. gave them a bus tour and the group was very pleased. But we will definitely have a conversation with the guide regarding communication with the group. It is a pity that you did not have a personal contact with the guide.
Regarding the typo in the program - yes, we made it, the human factor, please excuse me. But this typo did not affect the implementation of the excursion program in any way - there was a funicular, there was a Water Museum. A walk along Podol is not an excursion, just free time between objects. By the way, the tour program was sent to you in advance, with a request to read it carefully - you also did not notice a typo, also a human factor.
As for the second group from Sinelnikovo, they initially had a difficult application, they themselves “thought out” the cost of the tour in which they needed to fit, and in order to save money, they decided to book accommodation in Kyiv on their own, with which problems eventually arose. Regarding the excursion program and meals, for which we were responsible, there were no questions, as far as I know.
In any case, once again we apologize.

We hope we will have the opportunity to correct your opinion about our firm. You had the opportunity to evaluate our work on another tour to Poltava, we always try to work this way.
