I bought a tour at the VIVA-TOUR travel agency in Cherkasy, the documents were sent to me via the Internet, I didn’t go to the agency itself, I don’t know exactly what address it is located. I liked the tour, but the Join up tour operator is a little dumb, the airline with which he worked let us down, the flight was delayed for three hours in the direction of Bulgaria, then we were still kept in Zhuliany, as a result we flew out on the same day, but consider that the first day of rest was lost because we had already arrived when it was dark. On the way back, we were served by another airline and the plane took off 2 hours earlier, we urgently went through customs control, everything was running. The work of the airlines was not fun, but I liked the tour itself. The agency served me normally, since I flew for the first time, I asked the manager a lot of questions whether the documents that I printed out would pass or not, but everything went well. Initially, when I was choosing a tour, they constantly called me back from the agency, and then, when I had already chosen and paid for the tour and began to strain the agency staff with questions, they began to pay less attention to me. When I called them, they answered that they were busy, that they would call back later, when they were free, that they would contact me later, and later the documents would be sent. . this moment was not very pleasant.
