'Vilar tours' - sold the tour and forgot.

We wanted to visit Greece this summer, namely Paralia-Katerini: all the hotels along the sea, taverns, excursions to Olympus, Meteora, the cities of Dion, Vergina, Edessa with waterfalls and Aridea with springs. The tour was bought from Vilar Tours, tour operator in Greece, the ticket was paid in February. The hotel was chosen 2 * "Femis" overlooking the sea. There are no complaints about buying a tour, visas were issued quickly (they gave, however, for a month, although we have several Schengen and we have already been to Greece on Rhodes, but this is a question, rather, to the Greek side), I received the documents a week before the trip. Flight Uteirom went normally back and forth. But ... At the airport in Thessaloniki, we were met not by Agnes, who was indicated in the memo from Vilar Tours (they said that she does not appear here), but by Irina, who works in Chalkidiki. Six of us were taken by minibus to Paralia. Already there, my husband and I were informed that the Femis hotel was not working, they could not buy it.

We were brought to the hotel "Lito", but there we were not booked. Irina phoned the local host "Kurtida Travel", they started looking for a hotel for us. They took me to the hotel opposite - "Oscar", there were also no places there. We came back to Lito, it's good that Irina didn't leave us. The question, of course, was resolved - we spent the night at the Lito, and then we were settled in the Grand Blue, the sea view was replaced by dinners at the Lito. We rested for 2 weeks, we liked everything. But ... In the evening before the flight, we went to Kurtida Travel to find out who would pick us up. Sophia (many thanks to her) called Agness in Thessaloniki in front of us, she assured that the paper with the information was sent to Lito and tomorrow they would pick us up 3 hours before departure. Day of departure, we stand at the hotel. Nobody. After 15 minutes, I started calling Agnes, she was extremely surprised that we were standing! Thanks to the owner of the Grand Blue Hotel, she called Kurtida Travel and they started looking for a car for us, because it was at least an hour to drive to the airport.

They waited an hour, brought to the airport and were the last to check in, immediately invited to go through passport control. A question to Vilar Tours: if the hotel has not been purchased before June, is it really impossible to find out from the representatives of Vilar in Thessaloniki and rebook the hotel? After all, the site again offers this hotel for a lot of money. If Agnes does not meet in Thessaloniki and does not organize a transfer, maybe she has nothing to do there? Rest needs to be organized, I think this is your task. The opinion about the tour operator "Vilar Tours" is negative, I don’t want to work with them anymore. Put "3" - bad.
