It is very pleasant to be the first in the list of reviews about such a "highly competent" Zaporozhye travel agency as "Vilena Travel". The "competence" of this company, in my case, manifested itself in the course of collecting a package of documents for opening a Schengen visa. That is, the person had to collect the necessary documents for a visa and appoint a term at the EMBASSY of Germany, since we are going abroad for the first time, we decided to turn to more knowledgeable people in this area. The term was assigned to the Visa Application Centre. QUESTION: WHY THERE?? After we arrived at this center, we were sent to the embassy, as we have clean passports, no visas, and the Visa Center, as you know, is for people who travel a lot. It is clear that the embassy told us that we had to look where you are registering. Result: we came home with nothing, having wasted money on tickets. Since I am inherently assertive, having arrived in Zaporozhye, I had to make a maxim for the person who "did" this work. It took me a long time to explain what my complaint is. BUT, I THINK, SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED)) But people at least had the mind to figure out on their own that they NEED to return the money, at least for the "service". It's okay, but the fact that they cannot understand what a FULL photocopy of passports is is already too much. But that's not all, what distinguished this profane travel agency. You, it turns out, do not know which bank Germany is cooperating with??? We also had problems with this. I have a question: are there really people who consider this company normal. After all, their professionalism is explicitly expressed. Conclusion: we question the competence of the person who collected the documents, as well as the director of the company, which does not know what a VISA CENTER is))) I hope this insinuation is being implemented)) And finally, I will give my most valuable advice: before doing something, the more for money, you need to be WELL aware of what you are doing.
I may not use the services of the company, after such a review, but when you use certain words, use a dictionary, since a number of words fall out of context, as inappropriate and "insinuation is not realized"

услугами фирмы я может и не воспользуюсь, после такого отзывы, но Вы при употреблении определённых слов пользуйтесь словарём, так как ряд слов выпадает из контекста, как не соответствующий и "инсинуация не реализуется"

I am the director of the TF "Vilena Travel". For me, this review is not something that is not clear, it’s just that there was no such case in our practice at all !!! So before you write, check the correct name of the travel company! And if you have any problems in submitting documents for obtaining a German visa, then this is only your fault and no one else's! .
Я и есть директор ТФ "Вилена Тревл". Для меня данный отзыв не то, чтоб не понятен, просто такого случая в нашей практике не было вообще!!! Так что прежде чем писать, проверьте правильность названия туристической фирмы! А если у Вас и возникли проблемы в подаче док-ов на получение немецкой визы, то в этом есть только Ваша вина и ничья более!Я не новичок в туризме и имею два высших образования, так что отличить визовый центр от посольства, поверьте, смогу.

Had a very unpleasant holiday experience! and just the same with the well-known "director" Elena Glazunova, who promises mountains of gold, but in the end it turns out quite the opposite! And believe me, this is not only my experience! Nish acquaintances had a similar experience with this company and with the same "director"! So Elena Glazunova may not be tourism for you!!! and two higher educations have nothing to do with it!
Весьма не компетентная фирма!Был очень неприятный опыт отдыха! и как раз таки у славноизвестного "директора" Елены Глазуновой, которая обещает золотые горы, а в итоге получается совсем наоборот! И поверьте, что это не только мой опыт! у ниших знакомых произошло подобное с этой фирмой и у того же "директора"!Так что Елена Глазунова может туризм это не ваше!!! и два высших образования тут совсем ни причем!

Все, кто часто путешествуют и пользуются услугами фирм, делятся опытом и впечатлением не только об отдыхе, но и об обслуживании в фирмах Запорожья, так я слышу все больше и больше негатива о данной форме!Которая считает себя "очень опытной" и "компетентной" фирмой! Печально.......

Уважаемая KUB-IRINA! Если Вас "не компетентно" обслужили в нашей фирме, почему же Вы не обратились к нам с жалобой? И, поверте, обещать золотые горы - это уж точно не мое! И мне бы очень хотелось знать кто-же скрывается под таким странным ником. Уверена, что подписаться смелости не хватает, а вот зависть, замечу, очень плохое чувство!!!!!
