The "competence" of this company, in my case, manifested itself in the course of collecting a package of documents for opening a Schengen visa. That is, the person had to collect the necessary documents for a visa and appoint a term at the EMBASSY of Germany, since we are going abroad for the first time, we decided to turn to more knowledgeable people in this area. The term was assigned to the Visa Application Centre. QUESTION: WHY THERE?? After we arrived at this center, we were sent to the embassy, as we have clean passports, no visas, and the Visa Center, as you know, is for people who travel a lot. It is clear that the embassy told us that we had to look where you are registering. Result: we came home with nothing, having wasted money on tickets. Since I am inherently assertive, having arrived in Zaporozhye, I had to make a maxim for the person who "did" this work. It took me a long time to explain what my complaint is. BUT, I THINK, SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED)) But people at least had the mind to figure out on their own that they NEED to return the money, at least for the "service". It's okay, but the fact that they cannot understand what a FULL photocopy of passports is is already too much. But that's not all, what distinguished this profane travel agency. You, it turns out, do not know which bank Germany is cooperating with??? We also had problems with this. I have a question: are there really people who consider this company normal. After all, their professionalism is explicitly expressed. Conclusion: we question the competence of the person who collected the documents, as well as the director of the company, which does not know what a VISA CENTER is))) I hope this insinuation is being implemented)) And finally, I will give my most valuable advice: before doing something, the more for money, you need to be WELL aware of what you are doing.
Diana, to be honest, I don't understand your comment. She wrote that last year everything was tolerable. Plus, it's a bus tour. There are many things that are independent of the operator itself. And if everything went like the first time, I would not write anything. Regarding the reviews: (we don't go anywhere that often and I don't have a lot of experience with different operators) I think the reviews can't be 100% positive. Tourists are different, everyone has different needs. The bus tour is a kind of adrenaline rush. I understand this very well. In my review, I wrote about how the supply of services from the operator has changed, for your money. Moreover, as far as I know, before with the Accord everything was perfect. Unfortunately now everything has changed. I wish you to find only positive and proven Tour Operators. And in general, when you go on vacation, do not think about any problems.
Диана , если честно мне не понятен ваш отзыв. Написала же , что в прошлом году все было терпимо. Тем более это автобусный тур. Есть много вещей , которые не зависят от самого оператора. И если бы прошло все , как первый раз, я бы ничего и не писала. По поводу отзывов :(мы не так часто ездим где либо , и у меня нет богатого опыта с разными операторами) я думаю, что отзывы не могут быть на 100% положительные. Туристы разные бывают, потребности у всех разные. Автобусный тур своего рода испытание с адреналином. Я это прекрасно понимаю. В своём отзыве я написала о том как изменилась подача услуг от оператора , за ваши деньги. Тем более, насколько мне известно, раньше с Аккордом было все идеально. К сожалению теперь все изменилось. Вам желаю находить только позитивных и проверенных Туроператоров. Да и вообще , когда едешь в отпуск, не думать о каких либо проблемах.

Вас разводят сначала на "раннее бронирование", потом на отмену "гарантированного" тура и доплату за "альтернативный", на "экскурсии", на "трансфер", на "свои" рестораны, на неполноценные отели, трэшовые автобусы и т. д. И это не случайность (случайность у них вообще бывает и с жертвами), а штатные отработанные методы доения несведущих туристов.
