We are completely satisfied with the agency, everything is fine with us. If you needed help, they helped. They work fine. In all agencies, basically, when you buy a ticket, they treat you a little better than later, but here the guys work well. And the representatives in Egypt got a little insolent, the guide didn't even take them to the airport, got off the bus on the road, didn't bring a stroller for a disabled child.
