In the agency "Volna" you will be licked and kissed, where you say, until your tour is canceled and you do not want your money back!!! After applying for a refund, the management and the manager will pretend that you do not exist!!! Every month you will write more and more new statements, wasting your nerves and time. And the staff will not be able to give you any clear answer. And when your patience runs out (after about a year and a half), and you call them every day, they will simply, at best, promise to find out everything and call you back (but don’t hope), but most likely they will just turn off the phone ((( even if this is the only agency in our city, I will never go there again!!! you carry money.
