Voronezhintur does not pay for purchased tours !!!!!

We booked a ticket at the travel agency "Voronezhintur" on November 12, 2010. We planned to celebrate the New Year in Egypt, we were supposed to fly out of Domodedovo on December 30. On the eve of departure, our manager, Anna Dyakova, told us that the flight had been moved to Sheremetyevo, upon arrival there, it turned out that we were still flying from Domodedovo, our vouchers were not at the Pegas Touristik check-in desk !!!! Managers of "Voronezhintur" did not answer phone calls, they only got through 5 hours later, telling us that the director of "Voronezhintur" Zvarich Alexey Vladimirovich did not pay for our tour and it was simply canceled!!! So far, no one has called us back, not to mention that the phones have simply been turned off. So think about where to order tours, ask for documents confirming the payment of the reservation, otherwise the rest will simply be ruined !!!
