The company was recommended by a friend as reliable. Finally, we applied. We are 14 people. Paid a month before the trip, the full cost. 10 days before departure, it turned out that neither the hotel nor the plane was booked. We have been trying to get our money back for two months now. To no avail!!!! Thieves: Tatyana and Vladimir (these are father and daughter) are an employee and director in this company.
