Хто як не ви чудово знаєте і знали при підписанні договору, що безпосереднім виконавцем перевезення був Туроператор "Ільтур", якому безпосередньо було перераховано гроші за Ваш проїзд і квитанцію про що Вам було видано... який з незрозумілих причин просто зник в особі його директора і досі не відомо де він...
Чи не Вам компанія запропонувала 3 варіанти вирішення питання у зв'язку зі ситуацією, що склалася
- повернути зароблені компанією гроші за винятком суми, яку вже оплачено оператором
- звернутися до банку де оформлена гарантія Туроператора "Туроператор Ільтур"
- підібрати проїзд у інших перевізників за максимально низькою ціною з повіренням нашого заробітку.
І чомусь цей пункт, де у 2014 році ви вимагали і погрожували та вибрали варіант повірення нашого заробітку та ще суму моральної компенсації ви замовчуєте
Чому до 2014 року ви мовчали (ні для кого не секрет що звернутися турист повинен протягом 14 днів якщо щось у нього не так), Вас все улаштовувало, а в 2016 році ви вирішили вимагати з компанії повернення в десятикратному розмірі.

Ваш гнів я розумію...це втрата коштів, але це не привід відміняти по всіх відмінках всіх
На жаль, не Верховна Рада яка може зобов'язати банки повертати туристам кошти по банківській гарантії.
А суддя, вибачте за уточнення, теж керується законом та як державний службовець ознайомившись зі всіма документами, де чітко вказано, що посередник - Вояж Організейшн Груп, а безпосередній виконавець зобов'язань Туроператор "Туроператор Ільтур", якому були перераховані кошти не може порушити - на ті він і суддя тому і виніс відповідне рішення.
А також не рівняйте всіх під собі. Якщо у Вас хтось є на "пригодовуванні" як ви пишіть..то у нас, мабуть на щастя...чи на жаль... в даній ситуації таких варіантів немає і ми чесно заробляємо свої доходи та виконуємо які покладені та залежати від нас
