I sooo rarely write reviews, but here I already ... boiled ...
Rested: a child of 6 years and 1 adult.
Booked a tour in April 2018. Paid a month before departure. TA - "Turskidki.Ru" (that's another pleasure (((
Having received tickets and vouchers in our hands 3 days before departure, we packed our things and calmed down.
The flight was scheduled for 25.07 at 04.00 am. Arriving at 02.00 at Domodedovo airport, we first find out at the check-in desk that we are not on the flight!!! AS??? I go to the Tez Tour counter. The employee began to mumble something, then be rude, and in the end, he told us that WELL, YOU ARE NOT ON THE FLIGHT! And what are our problems! My indignation knew no bounds! My child was crying... the vacation was ruined... Then the Tez Tour employee began to convulsively call up someone, mumbling into the phone something about a mistake and about the fact that I demand compensation! In the end, he said that PROBABLY!!! PROBABLY blah!!! We will be transferred to another flight in ten!!! hours!
We were not provided with a hotel, food, or offered to pay for a transfer ... which is required in accordance with the provisions of Article 120 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation for delaying the delivery of a passenger to its destination.
We went back to Moscow. In the morning I started calling Tez Tour, "Turskidki.Ru". In the second case, they did not know at all that we were not put on the flight. Hmm, strange, because Tez Tour is your direct partner!!! How the hell is that???
In the Tez Tour, after TWO hour fights, the manager ANDREY (ext. 1616) offered me to buy tickets at my own expense!!! Because he can’t help me with anything ... You guys didn’t mix anything up ??? I have already paid for the tickets!
After some time, they called me back and said that our flight was leaving in 3 hours and that there had been some kind of failure! New tickets have been sent.
We run to pack our suitcases, again a Moscow-Domodedovo taxi.
Bottom line: Tez Tour mixed up flight numbers and departure times. And fuck them for everything and everyone. Failure, blah they have! So we lost a whole full day at the hotel!!
About the transfer from Antalya to the hotel, I agreed all the way to Domodedovo.
They met us in a big jeep with a TV and air conditioning. (like so Tez Tour apologized??? ) We collected all the traffic jams, we arrived at the hotel for dinner.
Be careful!
Wrote a complaint. They don't answer. I'll go to court.
