There were 10 of us, we chose the country, the hotel ourselves and turned to the ALL INCLUSIVE travel agency on Kharkiv highway, 58a. Charming travel agent Yulia Adamenko immediately booked a flight for the dates of interest and the Flower Garden Hotel, which we chose. We paid a deposit and gave copies of passports. A couple of days later it turned out that the chosen hotel was not confirmed to us and offered to choose from a new list. One hotel was located near the cemetery and the railway, but Julia assured me that it was magical there. We wanted to cancel the trip, but our agent said that it was impossible because the tickets were already booked. Then we stayed at the Palms Hotel (4 stars) near Bentotta. We asked for a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. The price has changed several times. Then there was the obligatory fee for Christmas dinner - 125 dollars / person (on the spot it turned out that its price was 40 dollars / person). And Julia sobbed that she gave us a tour at cost, without earning anything. Tickets, vouchers and insurance received the day before departure, there were no contracts at all.
Flydubai deserves a separate story - we arrived 2 days late! First, they flew from Boryspil to Dubai 5 hours later, then instead of Dubai they landed in Qatar (Doha), in the morning at 7-30 they flew to Dubai - Hurray! And they say - you can continue your journey to Colombo at 21-50. Thanks flydubai - we also visited Dubai. We flew to Colombo at 1-30 at night instead of 21-50. We arrived, and no one was waiting for us there, although Yulia assured us that she had informed the operator Joynap in Sri Lanka about being late. It seems to me that she didn’t tell anyone - she was all asleep ... There we were met by the “guide” - Roman, who, under fear of being strangled, found our bus after 3 hours and only at 15-00 we arrived at the hotel. For which money was paid for an individual transfer ($ 95 / person), it turned out again on the spot that a bus ride for 12 people costs only $ 110!
The hotel pleased with cleanliness, comfort, normal service, delicious breakfast. Ocean - pleasant waves. One problem - we were bitten by some mosquitoes, not even mosquitoes - there is no malaria in the country. Big fellow - beach guide Dylan (Dan), who organized a good excursion to Kandy and along the Bentotta River, tuk-tuk trips to the Buddha temple ... The hotel guide Roman did not itch .. Deliciously fed rice and seafood in restaurants on the beach. Fruits and fresh juices are cheap and very tasty.
Keeping in mind the clarity of flydubai flights, we were very afraid not to get home on December 31st, but to celebrate the New Year somewhere in the sands, according to the planned trend, our hotel guide forgot that we had an individual transfer (we left the hotel late), but Slava God, the flight delay from Colombo was only an hour, and in Dubai, within 25 minutes, they managed to overload us and even our luggage!
Summary: Sri Lanka is a wonderful country, but travel with other agents, airlines and a tour operator. We do not recommend contacting Join up, FlyDubai and Yulia Adamenko.
I subscribe to every word!!! I was on this trip too. I had no idea that such a program can be so spoiled! Azaria's word is now the most disgusting for me....

I never could have thought that for my own money, but it turned out to be considerable (over 700 euros), I will be in constant stress and fear for my life, I will get sick, I will get 12 hours in two hours of excursion bus transfers. I lay all the blame on the Azaria tour company, I agree to testify in any court as a witness for the prosecution.
Добрый вечер. Имела счастье и несчастье быть на этом ноевом ковчеге. Всё о чём сказано выше - есть чистая правда.Никогда не могла подумать что за свои же деньги,а они оказались немалыми (свыше 700 евро)я буду находиться в постоянном стрессе и страхе за свою жизнь,заболею, за два часа экскурсии получу 12 часов переездов в автобусе. Всю вину возлагаю на тур фирму " Азария", согласна выступать в любом суде свидетем обвинения.
