But when we got on the bus and took our seats. . . some driver opened his mouth and started yelling at us about the fact that we do not comply with the rules of transportation and blah blah blah. . . And how do we present it. The fact that we were not warned about this and we clarified that he did not want to listen. The second time was a grandmother with a child. When booking 2 seats (grandmother + child), they repeated 3 times that with a small child !!! When landing, the guide gives 1 seat at the window separately, the second on the other row in the Mercedes Sprinter minibus. ?????????????? How to go ??? To which he replies. . . . places are distributed and I don’t know anything. . . Maybe someone will change ?? ask. . . . Naturally, everyone travels in pairs and no one is interested. .. If I didn’t go at the request of a child who loves travel very much. . . send and go. I have a question for the travel agency staff. . . how do you allocate seats ??? Is it really so difficult to take into account that a child is traveling with an adult and they cannot be seated ??? Why should the child and I spoil our mood and listen to the driver swearing. It's so hard to say that you need to take a ticket ??? We would buy it and drive without problems, and not listen to the driver's tantrums.
