A company that does not value its customers and does not care about its image at all!!!
I wanted to buy a tour to the Carpathians from them, I called, on the phone the girl said come, we will arrange everything and agree on it.
A few hours later I went to their office and it turned out that I could not go to the Carpathians, because there were no train tickets.
They tried to persuade me to take another tour, but I wanted to take my family to the Carpathians, and not somewhere else.
In a word, they just wasted my time and did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience caused!!!
With this level of service, it is not clear where people go ....
Obviously not in Europe!
We want to go on this tour, would you recommend?

Hello! Probably too late to answer, but yes! First of all, I advise lovers of Czech flavor! For 4 days you can have a good rest!
