Terrible. I do not recommend anyone to go to this travel agency. I bought a tour for two to the Iron Port. They said that they would drop the info sheet about the bus number 2-3 days before departure. As a result, the day before the departure, I myself called and tried to get him sent out. But that was just the beginning of our adventure. They promised a comfortable bus and delivery to the hotel. We traveled in a minibus for 16 people with a narrow aisle between the seats, although with air conditioning. We were taken to the hotel and dropped off 3 km to the hotel. We stood in the heat for 30 minutes waiting for the car to pick us up from the hotel. The car was also covered in dirt and dust, both externally and inside, and the driver was unkemptly dressed, to put it mildly ..

Then we were settled in a temporary room while ours was cleaned for 2.5 hours. Of course, we could not fully go to the sea and even put ourselves in order too. After defrosting the refrigerator, we had to wipe the puddle ourselves, because. the cleaners didn't come. We booked a junior suite, and the room turned out to be standard!!! There was only one bedside table in the room for 3 beds! There was no table. Although other rooms were. I had to eat in the closet (it was without a door). The toilet seat was very old, scratched. Mold on the curtain in the bathroom and fungus on the pipe. The room smelled very damp, it was difficult to breathe at night! But that is not all! The rooms are not cleaned and the residents take out the garbage themselves. They didn't warn about it. People come to relax and here it is. Hotel - "Palmyra Lux". I don't recommend going there. They feed the same. For dinner there was always potatoes every day + sometimes for lunch. Porridge for breakfast only once a week. Prepared pancakes with meat - the dough is tight and thick - cooked on the water. There are a lot of people: you have to wait in line to sit down at a table.

We arrived for 7 days. There was no water in the pool for 3 days. 2 days he was recruited. Another day warmed up. Bought the next evening.

Check out of the room very early at 7.30.

For 2 days, as promised, no one sent the info sheet. I called the day before I left. They sent it in the evening, at 6 o'clock. The hotel provides a transfer from the "hotel" to the stop where the bus goes, only for an extra charge. Although in the contract transfer by bus to the hotel and back!

We traveled on the same bus. The driver stopped at pissed gas stations.

In Belaya Tserkov, for some reason, it was necessary to transfer to a bus. Because of this, we drove an hour longer. Time and place of arrival no one reports. I had to find out at least the place of arrival in Kyiv.

In general, I have never met such a boorish attitude towards customers anywhere! I won't be using this tour company again.

According to the rules of any hotel, there is a checkout time. Before settling tourists in the rooms, the hotel always cleans them. At the time of your arrival - your room was still being prepared and you were given a temporary room so that you would not have to wait on the territory. is it bad?
Each hotel has an administration that can help you with any question. If you missed something in your room, why didn't you contact the hotel administration or call our managers?
Regarding food - we will definitely notify the hotel to diversify the diet.
About the pool. At the time of your vacation, there was a thunderstorm as a result of which the administration changed the water in the pool.
Regarding the notification by managers in time of information on your shipment, work will be carried out.
