We bought a sightseeing tour with a rest in Truskavets for 7 days. The tour provided for 100% prepayment. There were supposed to be 4 excursions in the tour, having received the information sheet two days before departure, we saw that the travel agency had canceled all the excursions, supposedly due to weather conditions (sunny +15). When asked to recalculate the cost of the tour, a categorical refusal was made. The manager lied that we were warned about a possible cancellation. They brought us to the hotel and threw us out. I do not recommend this irresponsible and lying office.
