Hello. I want to leave impressions about the tour to Bukovel. We went for 4 days of skiing. Everything is alright!.
In Kyiv, we were escorted to the train, met in Ivano-Frankivsk, the bus was comfortable, the estates were wonderful. Food for a solid 5-ku! Many thanks to the organizers that on the first day they decided to triple the evening skiing for us. from 12:00 to 18:00. This is a great idea! Firstly: the ski pass is cheaper, there is time after the train to relax calmly, take a shower and not rush anywhere. Secondly: evening skiing is not always possible on such tours. I recommend the tour operator Rest for all 100 and I myself will still go !!!
They will ignore you and your complaint, and all subsequent customers as well. So, you may not even count on an answer. They do this year after year. Negative reviews are always removed on their site. And the positive ones are probably written by specially hired people.
Next time, read reviews about the travel agency not on their website, but, for example, on Turpravda and BEFORE you go on a trip with them.
