He said that the tour was canceled because the second bus was not collected. That is, it turns out that two groups had to go from Kharkov, the second group was not collected in order to fill the second bus. And they lied to me that the bus broke down, and this trip is cancelled. Although I will mention - I booked a tour for a month. In general, in the evening I got a call from a girl named Ira, who tried to bring the situation to naught. I said that I would go to their office and we would sort it out on the spot, and that they would return the money to me.
