I wanted to go to Chernihiv with my son for Christmas, I paid for the tour in the company Rest for one hundred percent, the day before New Year they told me that the tour was being canceled, realizing that I simply wouldn’t have time to find a new tour. Spoiled mood. Management didn't even call or apologize. Incompetent managers who instead of Chernihiv offered a scruffy overview of Kiev. For spoiled time, mood, broken plans - no compensation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. TO THEM BURN OUT FOR ALL 100!
