A disgusting travel agency that I will never contact again, nor recommend to my friends or even my enemies. At first everything was very even nothing. Within a month, we booked two tours to Western Ukraine (Lviv, Kamenetz-Podolsky, Khotyn, etc.) by phone for May 2016, the next day we paid the full amount and signed the contract. On this, in fact, the positive emotions ended and the twitching began. We received train tickets the day before the trip (although they promised three days in advance), but this is still tolerable, there were holidays, everything can be understood. They barely asked for an infolist by e-mail (damn, is it really so difficult to send a piece of paper to the post office ?!) But the apogee of our trip was that upon arrival in Lviv, it turned out that there were no places for an excursion to Kamianets-Podilskyi. The representative of the host TA in Lviv (a young girl no more than 18 years old), turning pale from nervous overexertion, offered us to replace the CP with tours in Transcarpathia, but there was nothing suitable for us. Also, there was some garbage with the hotel room, either they didn’t book it, or something else. After an hour of hassle, our issue, thank God, was resolved. But by no means the competence of our tour operators. It’s just that one couple at the last moment refused to go to the CP (we learned about this only on the day of the tour itself from the guide, although we were told for a long time that the girl just looked at the wrong lists).
In general, it was very unpleasant and there was a feeling that we were stupidly stabbed.
Short take it! I’m about to fly away from them, and here such dull reviews come to the “answer” !!! The Mediterranean is covered in uncleaned algae, the curbs at the hotel are not painted in national colors, the room will be without an emergency exit, and in the cabin of the board from UIA they will not give me white slippers ... And why did I contact this TA?! maybe my dream is an idiot, they can also stab me with the profile of Our Guarantor of the Constitution on my left chest ... I hope that at least not with a blunt instrument. P.P.S. When I return from the tour, I will write a review about "Shine or Shame of this TA"
Шорт побирайт!Мне скоро лететь от них,а тут на "ответку" приходят такие унылые отзывы!!!Уже начинаю плавно рвать на себе остатки волосяного покрова и биться головой об бубен-вдруг и в Тунисии такая-же хрень:верблюды не кормлены,Средиземка вся в неубранных водорослях,поребрики у отеля не выкрашены в национальные цвета,номер будет без аварийного выхода,а в салоне борта от МАУ мне не выдадут белые тапочки...И какого я связался с этим ТА?!P.S.Одно радует,что исполниться может моя мечта идиота-могут и мне наколоть профиль Нашего Гаранта Конституции на левой груди...Надеюсь,что хоть не тупым инструментом. P.P.S. Вернусь из тура-отпишу отзыв о "Блеске или Срамоте этого ТА"

Заметьте, про гостиницы, обеды, автобусы и прочее я ничего не написала. Но когда приезжаешь и выясняется, что мест на экскурсию, за которую ты заплатил за месяц нет приятного маловато. Надеюсь, у вас все будет по другому. Возможно, просто нам так сильно не повезло.

Вам не повезло...Из-за кризиса в туротрасли сейчас нет вечной нехватки мест,нет слетающей брони в отелях...Просто звезды криво стали.Желаю,чтобы Вам в следующих турах везло как никогда!Уж поверьте,мои посыл будет услышан и будет Вам счастье.А на ТА особо не серчайте- далеко не все им подвластно.С уважением!
