at the end of February 2021, go from Kharkov together to Soledar (salt mines) and Bakhmut (champagne wine factory). having called these enterprises separately, it was not possible to book one of the excursions due to the lack of free places (as of 06.03.21). the next day we saw an advertisement on the Internet with an all-inclusive tour to these places.
called there on 03/01/21, we were told that there are free places on 03/13/21. the cost was 200 UAH per person more expensive than traveling by car together (travel, entrance tickets, tasting). considered the difference insignificant, in return for service, stories and nothing to think about ... the operator said the next day to throw off an advance payment of 30%, and the rest 2 days before departure.
so they did, they sat in anticipation for 10 days.
2 days before departure (11.03) they took the rest of the amount to the travel agency, the girl took them.
then they began to ask organizational questions, to which they heard shocking answers that you don’t really count on it, because the tour may not take place due to the fact that there is little willing ....
how so, why didn’t they warn in advance that the tour could take place only if the full bus was going? we canceled the reservation because of them when we were planning an independent trip ... why do you charge an advance payment in this case? tourists to Egypt also do not fly if the plane is not full? And you also warn them 1 day in advance??? do not think.
as a result, on 03/12/21 they reported that the trip would not take place. no one apologized, they offered to go to the Sorochinsky Fair, Karl! The money was promised to be returned within 5 working days.
started calling Soledar and Bakhmut, there are no vacancies.
as a result, 3 weeks of time and nerves were lost.

I categorically do not recommend Rest for all 100, because they are not responsible for anything, and they just throw you.
