Never again will I carry my money to the travel agency "Rest for all 100".

In conversation, the managers are very pleasant and polite, but this is where all their pluses end.

For the first time I meet a company where managers openly lie! We bought a tour for 3 people in advance, and 2 days before the tour, 3 more people wanted to join us. We called the travel agency, asked if there were still empty seats, but the travel agency manager said that the group was already fully staffed. On the trail. the day the manager of the travel agency calls and says that the trip is canceled, because. the group didn't make it.

Prior to this call, many unpleasant issues were clarified with the company's managers, and when these issues were clarified, there was not the slightest desire to resolve these issues in a way that was more or less convenient for the client. When clarifying these issues, managers regularly lied: one said one thing, the other another. For them, the main thing is that they have already taken money from you, and they do not care about the rest.

The residue from cooperation remained extremely unpleasant. For my money, they created a lot of problems for me, did not try to solve them somehow, and in the end they also lied about the complete staffing of the group, despite the fact that the group was not assembled! If they honestly said that there are places, then 3 more people would be added to us! And maybe even found a couple more! But it turned out that they lied to us, the group was not recruited and no one went anywhere.

I highly recommend not trusting this company with your finances.

IrishA905, a Schengen visa costs 35 euros and the situation "give me not 35, but 80 euros, and everything will be fine" is making money with YOUR AGENCY. Accord will NEVER charge more than the cost of a visa because it simply cannot influence the consulate. The fact that visas are issued the day before the tour is not pleasant, but the consulate has the right to delay the issuance of visas until the day of departure. Our laws are, unfortunately. You need to pay the full cost of the tour for several reasons. For example, in order for you to open a tourist visa, you must have a hotel reservation. Another reason is that if the agencies took only the cost of the visa at first, then a huge number of citizens would simply make themselves visas, and then refuse the tour.
The hotel was not named because Accord has a huge number of tours (5-7 buses can leave on one date and on one tour), no one will book one room, and a certain hotel cannot always accept a large tourist group. Therefore, information about the hotel appears a few days before the tour.
We have been working with Accord for a long time, everyone has minor inconsistencies, but they try to solve all problems. So don't worry and have a good rest!

That is, they put this money in their pocket, not to mention the fact that they sold the ticket to us at a different cost. The fact that Accord does not give explanations to tourists is also not good. There should be some kind of hotline where tourists with confirmed tours could be consulted. So that such a situation does not come out and the reputation of the operator does not deteriorate. Because, to be honest with you, the Accord is closed to me once and for all. . like TA "Amber Coast", there is nothing to hide, all the problems are because of them. If initially 80 euros gave at least some hope, now I don’t know what to hope for. And we initially paid half the cost of the tour, which means more than one visa, and were ready to pay the entire cost, but the agent simply did not care. . She still doesn't care even after talking to her director. Yesterday, due to her fault, the moo was not left without a trip at all. Because she refused to work with us like that. So - this is when we asked to provide us with a calculation of where the invoice amount came from, and I think, as a client, we have the right to clarify, and not to shout: I refuse to work like this. . If only I could work like this. . . Well, I don’t know, probably, I would be a housewife and then, bad. Leave tomorrow. Zero mood. But. . God bless!

Perhaps the Accord is somehow special, but I went on a tour of Europe with another company, the name of the hotel for a long stay (4 days) was immediately on the TOUR! Which means it's real. Ask why you didn't go with that agency? I chose the most suitable tour for my desires. Only because of this. And then the visas were issued in advance. And the prepayment was 50% and 50 - on the instructions of the visa. Only now I understand that it is necessary to proceed when choosing from many factors. Desire is not everything.

The situation when visas are issued the day before the start of the tour can be with any operator. Not only Accord. And about the hotel... Confirmations also come in different ways... Maybe in 2 weeks, maybe in 3 days. What carrier have you traveled with before?

I don't remember, to be honest... But now, on the fact of the trip, I can confirm for my part that if there are any difficulties, this is the fault of the agency. The girl who was traveling with me was given a visa! We found out about this a couple of hours before the train departure, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is that they gave her a visa, even though she was a citizen of the Russian Federation and her passport was empty. As for the rest of the trip, I will definitely leave an extended review, but I can definitely say that everything was worthy.
