We cooperate with this agency every year. I chose this hotel myself, then I turned to the agency, they picked us up so that the operator was not JOIN UP, since we already had experience with them when we waited for 1.5 days at the airport, so I was worried. There are absolutely no complaints about the agency, they are great.
