Our passports were confiscated and kept at the airport until the morning, then taken to prison, and then sent back to Ukraine. The mechanism of protection of intangible assets of a person is described in sufficient detail in the civil law, and therefore all those who believe that they have been slandered can resort to their protection.

Також звертаю Ваше увагу, що у відповідності до п. 7.12. Договору на туристичне обслуговування, який підписується зі всіма без виключеннями туристами, які купують туристичні продукти у ТФ «Гал-Круїз»: «ТУРОПЕРАТОР не несе відповідальності за рішення (дії) прикордонних, митних служб країн, через (до) ТУРИСТ, а також інших установ щодо неможливості в'їзду ТУРИСТА або осіб, які подорожують разом з ним, відповідно до умов цього Договору та заявки, на територію цих країн.
Якщо Ви подорожували за турпутівкою компанії ТФ «Гал-Круїз», то Ви також погоджувалися з умовами такого Договору, давали підписку про те, що попереджені з умовами та ризиками пов'язані з поїздкою до Ізраїлю, а отже були повністю попередженою про існування подібних ризиків. У відповідності до 2 розділу Цивільного кодексу України, сторони-учасники Договірних відносин, підписуючи Договір, підтверджують, що вони повністю ознайомлені зі всіма пунктами Договору, і не мають застережень.
Той факт, що після неприємного інциденту 2016 року, Вам було запропоновано (як і кожному з потерпілих туристів) допомогу компанії у підготовці колективного допису, та запропоновано професійну адвокатську компанію, яка разом із Ізраїльськими адвокатами готова була захищати у суді інтереси потерпілих українців, і при цьому готова була працювати за ВІДСОТОК від коштів, які у разі позитивного вирішення справи в суді мала б сплатити Вам прикордонна служба Ізраїлю, не дає Вам підстав обвинувачувати компанію у шахрайських діях.
Тобто замість того, щоб відстоювати свої права, та вимагати компенсації у посадових осіб Ізраїлю, які нанесли Вам збитки, Ви свідомо звинувачуєте у Ваших проблемах туристичну компанію, публічно заявляєте, що адвокати які роблять свою роботу не мають права на винагороду за цю роботу і мають захищати Вас безкоштовно, та заявляєте що туристичний оператор привласнив невикористані кошти на готель. При цьому, Вам як і кожному туристу, який пострадав від дій прикордонних органів Ізраїлю, було роз'яснено, що кошти перераховуються в готель, під час бронювання номерів на всю групу, та у відповідності до типових договорів бронювання, готель повертає гроші за заброньовані номери лише у разі відмови від номера за місяць до дати поселення!
П'ятдесят доларів, які збирали у Вас в аеропорту – це кошти на оплату екскурсій, та вхідних квитків, які входять до програми туру, про що Вас було повідомлено при купівлі Вами цього туру. Ці кошти туристичний оператор мав можливість Вам повернути, оскільки ці кошти дійсно призначені для оплати за екскурсії та вхідні квитки «на місці». При поверненні в Україну, ця сума була повернена всім клієнтам, а не декільком (як ви пишете) яким було відмовлено у вїзді до Ізраїлю.

Не зважаючи на всі роз'яснення ТФ «Гал-Круїз», та всі туристи були попереджені як у договорах на туристичне обслуговування, так і при роз'ясненні менеджерів компанії та супроводжуючих осіб, про наявні ризики, пов'язані зі специфікою перетину кордону із Ізраїлем у зв'язку з тим, що в країні відбуваються бойові дії та існує загроза тероризму, Ви персоніфіковано називаєте Генерального директора Маскаль Ірину Теодеївну, шахрайкою, тобто публічно звинувачуєте особу у вчиненні злочину.
При цьому жодних звернень щодо вчинення злочину посадовими особами ТФ «Гал-Круїз» до правоохоронних органів не надходило, що також підтверджує те, що ви кажете неправду і свідомо намагаєтеся зіпсувати ділову репутацію компанії.
Тому, коли Ви висуваєте подібні звинувачення, було б не погано для початку представитись реальним ім'ям та прізвищем. Проте, зрозуміло, чому Ви пишете анонімно непідтверджені та протизаконні звинувачення (читати наклеп) на Генерального директора ТФ «Гал-Круїз», адже за наклеп та завідомо неправдиве звинувачення у злочині а також неправомірних діях передбачено цивільну, адміністративну та кримінальну відповідальність.
