The group consisted of more than 50 people. Arrived at Ben Gurion. When they approached the passport control, an airport employee ran up to the girl who was checking the documents, whispered something in her ear and then returned all the members of the group (even the old grandmother!) For an interview.
Mikhail pretended to be very surprised, even "shocked" by what was happening (if we only knew!) !!! All of them, without exception, were taken to a room where biometric data were taken: photographed and fingerprinted. It took about 2.5 - 3 hours. Then again the whole group took us to the border guards. And here it began! One by one they were called to the office, some several times, senior tourists over 50 were allowed in. When I was called to the office, I was only allowed to sign a paper stating that I did not have any prohibited items in my luggage and to call the next one. No more questions or documents were asked. One of the group heard that before that, an Israeli border guard shouted at Mikhail: "We have warned you not to drive such large groups! No one from your groups is coming back." After that, Michael (the head of the group) and disappeared, depriving ourselves of "dealing" with this situation.
As a result, 31 tourists from the group were deported from the country without questions or explanations! Everything we had to go through and what we went through is described above in other reviews. I just want to warn others who planned to go on a pilgrimage tour from this tour operator, and even any tour through them. Gal Cruise has already "established" itself on the Israeli border and has a negative reputation!

Яке письмове підтвердження?Хто мені його дасть?Лише чорні печатки в паспорті ось це підтвердження.Скажіть як мене можуть підозрювати в нелегальній міграції,або перевезенню якихось заборонених речей,якщо зі мною навіть ніхто неговорив???Заборонених речей теж не виявили,хоча відводили в спец кімнату для обшуку і ні в кого нічого незнайшли.І цей збір грошей в аеропорту Борисполя по 50 долларів,чому його не зробити після проходження аеропорту Ізраіля(так звані чаєві і на прохід в музеї) Гід перша пройшла паспортний контроль,після чого вийшла з поганим гумором,побажала нам удачі,і пішла собі.Гіди інших тур операторів сиділи до кінця і розмовляли з співробітниками аеропорту,результат, всі інші люди з інших тур агенств пройшли.Залишились близько 20 людей тільки з Гал Круїзу.Співпадіння????

If you have a letter confirming that you were not allowed to cross the border due to the fault of the tour operator, or confirmation that the tour operator "Gal Cruise" is in some "black list", give it to us and we will reimburse you in full if no, then do not slander please, especially since you were warned about the situation at the border. Доброго дня Jurr111. Дякуємо що скористалися послугами нашої компанії. Ми занепокоєні даною ситуацією але запевняємо Вас, що провини туроператора в даній ситуації немає і ми маємо тому підтвердження.
Якщо Ви маєте листове підтвердження того, що Вас не пропустили через кордон з вини туроператора, чи підтвердження того, що туроператор "Гал-Круїз" знаходиться в якомусь "чорному списку", дайте нам його і ми компенсуємо Вам завдані збитки в повному обсязі, якщо ж не, тоді не робіть наклепу будь-ласка, тим паче Ви були попереджені про ситуацію на кордоні. А людей непускають здебільшого через якісь порушення, або підозру в нелегальній миграції і це офіційна письмова відповідь, яку ми отримали від МЗС та міграційної служби Ізраїлю.

Письмове підтвердження де вказана причина відмови у вїзді, видають його прикордонні служби їзраїлю кожній депортованій особі. А чому Ви нічого неговорили їм а спокійно поїхали до дому? Чому Ви не запитали, чому не вимагали а просто спокійно приїхали назад ? Чому ви там не робили скандал? От і виникають тому проблеми, прикордонники собі таке позволяють бо їм ніхто не заперечує, всі депортовані розвертаються і їдуть додому і потім звинувачують туроператора.
А що Вам не повернули кошти, які Вам здавали в аеропорту? Якщо ні тоді зверніться до агенції де Ви бронювали путівку з такою вимогою.
На рахунок гіда то повірте нам, якщо б він міг вплинути на рішення прикордонників то він це б зробив. Ні жоден наш гід, ні жоден гід іншої компанії не має такого впливу, це просто марно робити. А про людей інших фірм, наскільки нам відомо, то їх однаково відсіюють так як і наших, десь більше десь менше, але відсіюють!
