I didn't have any issues with the agency. They helped me with the selection and design of the tour. Everything was amazing. As for the operator, we had TUI. Flights were good and on time. At the hotel we were met by the agent Anastasia. But she did not make sure that we were properly accommodated. When we asked her for help, she could not solve anything. The operator spoke incorrectly. Maybe because she was young and inexperienced. At our meeting, apart from information about excursions, she could not provide anything. I am very outraged by the behavior of the operator.
