I ordered an individual tour from 01/19/2014 to 01/27/2014. Traveled by car. The main requirement for choosing hotels was a double bed with one mattress. Elvira immediately said it was a DBL bed. 3 hotels were selected: for 5 nights Strbske Pleso, 2 nights in Prague, 1 night in Bratislava - breakfast is included, there is a parking lot at the hotel. As a result, in no hotel we were given a room with this same bed, a hole between the mattresses that cannot be filled with anything, 2 narrow blankets, sheets barely covering the mattress! Disappointing in every room! In addition, in Prague (Hotel Olshanka), we were charged 600 kroons (approximately 25 euros) for parking (2 days), and in Bratislava breakfast was not included. More about Bratislava: for 1 night in a two-star hotel I paid ...75 euros!!! On the spot, in the hotel, when I saw this viper for 75 euros with my own eyes (walls worn over the headboard, stains from dead mosquitoes, smoky room), and not from a photo on the Internet, I found out that this room costs ... 34 euros on weekends, 37.30 on weekdays!!! The administrator does not even know that I have a room with a double bed. Each room has 2 beds in different corners. When Elvira told me the price for this hotel, I was very surprised why in Prague 3 stars are 41 euros, and here 2 stars are 75, but the owner of the travel agency replied that Bratislava had VERY expensive hotels! Yes, for 75 euros it was possible to spend the night in 5 stars.
After arrival, I called Elvira with all the claims, after 2 weeks Tatyana answered me. The tour operator is amazed why I paid 600 kroons for parking at the Olshanka hotel, but he can’t help, why I paid 40 euros more in Bratislava than the hotel costs, he doesn’t know either, and the most interesting thing that TURNS out in Europe, a wide bed is called KING SIZE, not DBL, thanks to me now Ganesha Travel Tour knows about it! They did not give me any compensation, but they offered me a 5% discount on airfare if I booked a tour with them. I will NEVER use this company and would not recommend to others!
I was very surprised by the previous comment, so I went with Ganesha travel groups on the tour "Hungarian gatherings", from 07.12.2013 to 12.12.2013. My trip was only positive. I went alone, but they put me in a room for two people with a girl, with whom I had seats in the bus next door. The seat on the bus was chosen carefully for me, taking into account my wishes. They told me which hotel I would stay in, provided photos of the rooms. They also booked tickets for the Simferopol-Lviv train and a hotel in Lviv, round trip, Elvira did all this. Also, I can say that the staff of Ganesha treated my trip very responsibly, as they provided me with a map of the city with a detailed description of each object (written by hand), made a list of cafes and restaurants that I can visit, there were a lot of little things about which I was warned where it is better to change forints, what to take with you from things, where it is better to buy souvenirs and stuff like that. . Elvira was in touch with me throughout my trip until returning to Simferopol. I really liked it, I'm already planning a new trip and only with Ganesha Travel Group!
Очень удивлена предыдущем комментарием , так ездила с Ганешей тревел групп в тур " Венгерские посиделки ",с 07.12.2013 по 12.12.2013. Моя поездка прошла только на позитиве . Я ездила одна , но меня поселили в номер на двух человек с девочкой , с которой у меня были места в автобусе по-соседству. Место в автобусе мне подбирали тщательно , учитывая мои пожелания .Рассказали в каком отеле я остановлюсь , предоставили фотографии номеров.Также мне забронировали билеты на поезд Симферополь-Львов и гостиницу во Львове , туда и обратно , всем этим занималась Эльвира. Также , я могу сказать , что сотрудники Ганеши очень ответственно отнеслись к моей поездки , так как они предоставили мне карту города с подробным описанием каждого объекта ( написанного от руки ), составили список кафе и ресторанчиков которые я могу посетить, было очень много мелочей о которых меня предупредили , где лучше менять форинты , что с собой взять из вещей , где лучше купить сувениры и все в таком духе . .Эльвира была со мной на связи всю мою поездку вплоть до возвращения в Симферополь. Мне очень понравилось , уже планирую новую поездку и только с Ганешей Тревел Групп!
