I ordered an individual tour from 01/19/2014 to 01/27/2014. Traveled by car. The main requirement for choosing hotels was a double bed with one mattress. Elvira immediately said it was a DBL bed. 3 hotels were selected: for 5 nights Strbske Pleso, 2 nights in Prague, 1 night in Bratislava - breakfast is included, there is a parking lot at the hotel. As a result, in no hotel we were given a room with this same bed, a hole between the mattresses that cannot be filled with anything, 2 narrow blankets, sheets barely covering the mattress! Disappointing in every room! In addition, in Prague (Hotel Olshanka), we were charged 600 kroons (approximately 25 euros) for parking (2 days), and in Bratislava breakfast was not included. More about Bratislava: for 1 night in a two-star hotel I paid ...75 euros!!! On the spot, in the hotel, when I saw this viper for 75 euros with my own eyes (walls worn over the headboard, stains from dead mosquitoes, smoky room), and not from a photo on the Internet, I found out that this room costs ... 34 euros on weekends, 37.30 on weekdays!!! The administrator does not even know that I have a room with a double bed. Each room has 2 beds in different corners. When Elvira told me the price for this hotel, I was very surprised why in Prague 3 stars are 41 euros, and here 2 stars are 75, but the owner of the travel agency replied that Bratislava had VERY expensive hotels! Yes, for 75 euros it was possible to spend the night in 5 stars.
After arrival, I called Elvira with all the claims, after 2 weeks Tatyana answered me. The tour operator is amazed why I paid 600 kroons for parking at the Olshanka hotel, but he can’t help, why I paid 40 euros more in Bratislava than the hotel costs, he doesn’t know either, and the most interesting thing that TURNS out in Europe, a wide bed is called KING SIZE, not DBL, thanks to me now Ganesha Travel Tour knows about it! They did not give me any compensation, but they offered me a 5% discount on airfare if I booked a tour with them. I will NEVER use this company and would not recommend to others!
We were going abroad for the first time, there were a whole bunch of worries and questions! Friends advised the travel agency "Let's go with us", managers immediately offered different tour options. We planned a trip for spring break with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children) to Egypt. We chose a hotel Simbad Aquapark (Hurghada), the price was reasonable for us, and they also made a good discount. The girls always answered our questions at any time of the day or night). cope with their work! We will organize all our further trips only with a travel agency! This is a volcano of the most positive emotions! Our whole family was very pleased with the organization of the process of purchasing a ticket until the last day of our stay in this wonderful and beautiful place!

Собирались первый раз за границу,переживаний и вопросов была целая куча!Знакомые посоветовали турфирму "Поехали с нами",менеджеры сразу предложили разные варианты туров.Мы планировали поездку на весенние каникулы всей семьёй (2 взрослых и 3 детей) в Египет.Мы выбрали отель Симбад Аквапарк (Хургада),цена была для нас приемлемая,а ещё и скидку хорошую сделали.Девочки всё время отвечали на наши вопросы в любое время дня и ночи).Вообщем отдых у нас прошёл ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНО!!!Сотрудницы турфирмы компетентны,вежливы,отлично справляются со своей работой!Все дальнейшие свои путешествия будем организовывать только с турфирмой ! Это вулкан самых положительных эмоций!Вся наша семья осталась очень довольна от организации процесса приобретения путевки до последнего дня пребывания в этом чудесном и красивом месте!

We also really liked the place where we went, we wanted a party hotel, where there are a lot of young people and parties - we got there, we will go there for the New Year, only with our own company :)

Решили съездить через тур агентство 'Поехали с нами' в свадебное путешествие. Обратились сначала к менеджеру , которая быстро и оперативно ввела нас курс дела. За 10 минут мы решили все организационные вопросы (место, стоимость, сроки и т.д.), осталось лишь только приехать в офис и забрать нужные документы.
Общение с менеджерами, да и как компания в целом очень понравилось, легкость и простота в общении порадовали, с удовольствием обратимся к тур агентству 'Поехали с нами'" еще раз и будем советовать друзьям.
Место, куда мы поехали тоже очень понравилось, хотели тусовочный отель, где много молодежи и тусовок - туда и попали, поедем туда же на Новый год, только уже своей компанией :)

Greetings to everyone who is online now! Last summer, my boyfriend and I decided to go to Phuket in Thailand for two weeks. The price of the burning tour had a decisive influence on the decision. Without thinking twice, we agreed and never regretted our decision! At the airport, as usual, we received a visa, met our friends. The flight turned out to be comfortable, the change of time zones was transferred with ease. I really liked the work of the guide Nastya. She helped us find our bearings and took us to a double hotel on the island. All subsequent days we lay on Karon Beach and swam all day long in the sea, took part in excursions around the island of Phuket. From such exotic eyes ran, which only was not there. We saw the tin statue of Buddha at Wat Phra Nang Sang, the golden statues of Buddha at Wat Chalong, admired the Big Buddha temple complex, visited the jungles of Phuket National Park, reached the island of Maprao Yai, where the world's best pearls grow. During these fortnight we visited almost all the beaches of the island - Kata, Surin, Kamala, Patong, etc.. We tried our hand at windsurfing on Kamala, visited crocodile and snake farms, went to the famous Phuket zoo, and of course the Seashell Museum. . . All these days were a real fairy tale in our lives and the days flew by, unfortunately, very quickly. . . I am very grateful to the travel agency "Come with us" for an unforgettable experience in Thailand. Recommend!
Приветствую всех, кто сейчас онлайн! Летом прошлого года мы с моим молодым человеком решили отправиться на две недели в Таиланд на остров Пхукет. Решающее влияние на принятие решения оказала цена горящего тура. Мы, недолго думая, согласились и ни разу не пожалели о своем решении! В аэропорту, как обычно, получили визу, встретили своих друзей. Перелет оказался комфортным, смену часовых поясов перенесли с легкостью. Очень понравилась работа гида Насти. Она помогла нам сориентироваться на местности и провела в двухместный отель на острове. Все последующие дни мы валялись на пляже Карон и купались целыми днями на море, принимали участие в экскурсиях по острову Пхукет. От такой экзотики глаза разбегались, чего только тут не было. Мы видели оловянную статую Будды в храме Ват Пхра Нанг Санг, золотые статуи Будды в храме Ват Чалонг, восхищались храмовым комплексом Большого Будды, побывали в джунглях Национального парка Пхукета, добрались до острова Мапрао Яи, где растет лучший в мире жемчуг. За эти полмесяца мы побывали почти на всех пляжах острова - Ката, Сурин, Камала, Патонга и др. Попробовали свои силы в виндсерфинге на Камале, посетили крокодиловые и змеиные фермы, сходили в известный пхукетский зоопарк, ну и конечно же Музей морских раковин... Все эти дни были настоящей сказкой в нашей жизни и дни пролетели, к сожалению, очень быстро... Я очень благодарна турагентству "Поехали с нами" за незабываемые впечатления в Таиланде. Рекомендую!

lack of an electric kettle, daily change of towels, lack of discos nearby, availability of dry cleaning
pretty big promises:
There was no guide at the hotel or nearby. (The guide had to be the driver who provided the transfer)
Lack of transport nearby, where they rested: minibuses, regular buses to other cities (I had to overpay for a taxi to go on excursions)
Weak, little dietary and not varied food.
Of course, not everything can be blamed on tour operators. But there are serious moments too.

Цены не значительно дороже, чем других крупных тур-агенствах.
Бронь номера и билеты были сделаны вовремя, на этом положительные отзывы заканчиваются?
Были накладки с вылетом, которых могло бы и не быть, если бы турфирма подумала над этим вопросом заранее...
Мы просидели 7 часов в холодном аэропорту с детьми.
Далее были не выполнены обещания:
по мелочи:
отсутствие электрочайника, ежедневная замена полотенец , отсутствие дискотек поблизости, наличие химчистки
достаточно крупные обещания:
Никакого гида в отеле и поблизости не было. (Гидом должен был быть водитель, который обеспечил трансфер)
Отсутствие поблизости, где отдыхали, транспорта: маршруток, рейсовых автобусов до других городов (приходилось переплачивать за такси, чтобы ездить на экскурсии)
Слабое, мало диетическое и не разнообразное питание.
Конечно не во всем стоит винить тур-операторов. Но есть ведь и серьезные моменты..
