Through the search form on the site TURNE.COM, I was recommended the Travel Agency "GANESH TRAVEL GROUP" in Simferopol. I read the reviews and decided to check them out. After calls and e-mails, I arrived at the company's office.
On October 20, 2013, I booked a tour to Borovets, I requested and paid for 2 standard rooms at the Iglika Hotel from 28.12 to 04.01.14. With the manager of the Ganesha Travel company in Simferopol, Roman, we carefully discussed the category of the room, because I was already in this hotel, I liked the standard rooms, and I booked them for
for himself, his wife and daughter with a son-in-law and a one-year-old child. I paid for everything on the day of booking on 10/22/13, and, after the main payment, the manager called me back and said that one tour was confirmed, and for the second you need to pay 50 euros, because. room category is higher than booked. I paid extra. I did not receive any Agreement on the provision of travel services and a check for payment. For two months I called Roman's agency and asked when our documents for the tour would arrive.
Information documents were sent to me almost on the day of departure, because. we flew from the Crimea to Kyiv on the 27th and the tour was from the 28th .12. It turned out that it was TUI Travel Agency that sent the documents for the tour to Simferopol so late.
And so we arrived in Sofia. We were met by our guide Rusitsa, brought to the hotel.
And suddenly, during the settlement, there is some kind of incomprehensible hitch to me,
the administrator is trying to explain something to the guide in Bulgarian, and she leaves as soon as we were given the keys to the rooms. And what do I see???? We are accommodated in 2 economy rooms, well, very economy !!!!! The size of the room is smaller than the smaller one, and in the bathroom, instead of a shower cabin, there is a hole in the floor, the front door practically beats against the toilet bowl!
I did not even begin to enter things into these rooms, because I know which rooms I booked and paid for. I immediately dialed the number of my tour operator, he was not there, but I spoke with another manager and explained the situation. As a result, after two hours of standing at the reception desk and paying extra 280 leva - 140 euros, we finally got 2 rooms on the ground floor near the lobby bar, but we were already happy with this. , because it was time for a small child to rest after moving.
I want to ask - whose fault is it that the tour, paid for back in early October, was practically ruined. Who overlooked that the wrong room categories were written out in the voucher that were booked and paid for? Why should I beg the porter on the spot to move us from a terrible, dirty, small room, with a hole in the floor instead of a shower, which we did not order, paying extra 140 euros for this? Why did I ask the manager Ganesha for an info sheet, vouchers, etc. for 2 months, and having received them the day before departure, I wouldn’t be able to do anything even in Ukraine and change?
And having arrived at Sofia airport on the way back, it turned out that the child was not registered for the flight under his own name, but under some completely different one! Andrey MAKSIMOV flew with us to Bulgaria, 1.3 years old, and KAPUSTIN flies out! It’s good that we had entry documents with us! After forty minutes of proceedings, paying extra 60 euros for re-registration of the ticket, we finally flew home.
Upon arrival, I contacted travel agent Roman Rekhlitsky, and he had the audacity to tell me that their tourists often buy cheap rooms, and pay extra for the best room categories on the spot, because. it's cheaper ! And yet, it turns out that this company TUI throws its tourists! I provided all checks for surcharges, but things are still there! To all our questions how this could happen, he answered - I do not know!
Dear tourists! Check money without leaving the cash register! Do not deal with dubious companies! And the director of GANESHI YUNUSOVA Elvira Iskanderovna did not even leave her office when I arrived at the company's office! She has already received her money, why fool around with disgruntled tourists ?!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I understand you as a mother: when it is time for the baby to rest, and you are also tired from the road, then there is no time for an attack of fun and joy. Алла! Прочитала Ваш отзыв и просто поражена. Я многократно пользуюсь услугами этой компании. Лично знаю и Романа, кстати, мой любимчик, и Эльвиру. Никогда никаких проколов. Жаль, что у Вас были неприятные приключения. Понимаю вас, как мать: когда малышу пора отдохнуть, а Вы еще и устали с дороги, то не до приступа веселья и радости. Но дорога-это дорога и всегда могут возникнуть непредвиденные обстоятельства. Также, путешествие с годовалым малышом - это всегда риск и нервное напряжение. Ганеша тут ни при чем. Про заселение в отель - это частый прикол на рецепции отеля. Чтобы выбить с Вас деньги. Тем более было видно, что Вы взволнованы и с малышом отдадите любые деньги за скорейшее заселение в номер классом повыше. И в туи подняла на уши всех за непредомтавленный индивидуальный трансфер. Испанский Туи валил все на московский а в Москве соответственно на испанский. От туи я даже извинений не получила . Путешествовала с ребенком и просто не встретили нас. Сто евро за такси вернули после долгих нервотрепок и написанной мною оператору претензии. Благо фирма извинилась за оператора
