I have already come with the chosen hotel, the insurance has been issued. There are no complaints about the agency at all. There were only problems with the tour operator Anextour, he changed the date of departure for us, we were supposed to fly out in the afternoon, but moved to the morning flight. And we lost one day, we were not compensated in any way. I understand that they count not days, but nights, but we expected to rest for another half a day, sunbathe, swim, it turned out not very pleasant.
