And again the tour operator Deo Travel.

I already wrote a review of the promotional tour from the Deo Travel campaign, but the story did not end there. I filed a claim against the tour operator for reimbursement of expenses. In accordance with the agreement between me and Deo, the claim must be considered within 10 days. But this is not the campaign that fulfills the terms of the agreement it signed.

By phone, I turn to the General Director, Dmitriev A.A., reminding that the deadline for the response has expired, it would be time to respond to the appeal. It was not there.

I prepared an appeal to Rospotrebnadzor to send to resolve the conflict situation before filing a lawsuit. Here the director of tourism, Melnichenko T, enters into correspondence with me, who says that they decided to reimburse me for the expenses so that I can in a new application ( again in the name of Dmitriev A.A.) indicated the amount of expenses and details where to calculate the amount.

I write a statement, send it again, Melnichenko T, reports that the director is on a business trip, without him no one can sign payment orders. 10 days have passed, Dmitriev A. has returned, but again there is no answer. In my next appeal to the manager, I point out the observance of the deadlines for considering applications in accordance with the contract and the Federal Law "On working with citizens' appeals." Melnichenko T, not the director, writes to me that she has not been working in this campaign since 01/01/11, she cannot help in any way, but she uses the same email address to answer, but does not explain on what basis she corresponded with me to resolve the conflict situation in January and February by signing the Acting Director of Tourism. I think that everyone who has concluded contracts with this campaign needs to check the signatures on the contracts, since they were previously signed by Melnichenko T, on the basis of a power of attorney, whether her signature is legal in connection with such information in the 2011 contracts.

I never received a response from the general director, Dmitriev A.A., he does not consider it necessary, having received his own, to communicate with tourists. I also want to warn those who bought a tour from this campaign, carefully study the package of documents that you will be given, check with list of issued documents

compliance of the voucher with paid services. If anyone has had problems with this tour-
