We just ran away from there, and refused their promised prizes! Loud music, a ban on communicating with people at neighboring tables - it immediately alerted and everything became clear! But as educated people, we sat, listened, and when it came time to make a decision about whether we would buy ourselves a vacation or not, the manager sat down with us. We culturally refused, and this “manager” (I don’t remember his name, but a disgusting type with the appearance of “the face asks for a brick”) begins to be rude and rude. A big request, if anyone from this company reads this review, select staff more carefully. And if people refuse, then this is not a reason to behave like cattle! And the manager of the company Deluxe is a real boor and cattle! Sorry, it doesn't deserve any other words. Such people need to be isolated from society. We didn’t attach any importance to this, but around the middle of November they called me on my mobile phone and said that we won an expensive prize and we need to come to the presentation tomorrow, but it’s necessary together (married couple), these are the conditions of their company and that otherwise we will not be given. I said that we do not have the opportunity to come, that we live in another city and this is not easy to do. I was very surprised by their call and during a conversation with them, I clarified why they were ready to give us an expensive prize and whether it was all free, they answered me that it was completely free, that their company was celebrating its anniversary and, in connection with this, was conducting a free advertising campaign with drawing valuable prizes. The girl I spoke to on the phone said that it's okay if we can't come tomorrow, as there will be a re-presentation in December for those who can't come to the first ceremony and for us to prepare. I was very happy, because it would be very nice to win something.
On 12/16/2011, a girl named Marina called me on my mobile phone and said that tomorrow at 12.00 (it will last 3 hours) the prizes will be awarded in the Arena City Business Center at Kyiv, st. Krasnoarmeiskaya / Basseinaya 1-3/2A block D-19 4th floor. We also received an invitation by e-mail (which contained the number No. 1111111, this number was a gift, according to her) which had to be presented at the entrance to Arena City. We got on the Internet, found the website of this company, called the phone located there and, making sure that it was really they who were holding the action and we were participants, we ran to the station, bought tickets and went to Kyiv to present the prizes.
Arriving in Kyiv, we hurried to the address indicated on the invitation. At 11.55 in the Arena City lobby, we were met by the registrar, checked our passports and sent us by elevator to the 4th floor, where the next Delux employee was already waiting for us, who took us to the office. At the office, the girl registered with passports and an invitation, assured us that the event would last three hours, and at the end we would receive the promised prizes. We were taken to the hall, where they immediately assigned the next girl to us (I don’t remember the name). There were about 15 tables in the hall, almost all were occupied, and 3 people were sitting at them, a man and a woman plus an employee (ca) of "Delux". Everyone sat facing the screen hanging on the wall and with their backs to the front door. Employees of the company sat facing the front door and with their backs to the screen and could see the entire audience. The tables were arranged in such a way that we could only see the employee sitting across from us. A Delux employee who was sitting with us conducted a survey: who we are, where we work, how we spend money and on what, where we rest. At about 12.20 a woman (tired looking) came out to the screen, clapped her hands, thus attracting attention to herself, and began to broadcast (I don’t remember how she introduced herself, either Anna Leopoldovna, or Jeannette Klozedovna). She said that we are all those who won their drawing and that they give them absolutely free of charge for the time we spent here in the amount of 3 hours, during which they will tell us about the activities of their young but promising company “Delux”.
She told with inspiration how good it is to have a rest abroad and that there is such a thing as a “club vacation”. Then we were shown a video (about 10 years old and with bad sound) about how people vacation abroad. After that, this madam came out again and continued the story about what you can buy from them for relatively little money, with big discounts, to buy a few weeks of club rest. Eduard questioned us again, as did the girl. Then he talked about club holidays abroad (this is when you become a co-owner of a holiday in several hotels (clubs) for a certain time of the year). After that, he began to roughly calculate how much a vacation would cost us, for example, during a week at different times of the year in different clubs and countries. The amounts were for 20,000 thousand euros and more. He began to persistently ask us if we like the rest offered by their company and whether we are ready to buy such a rest from them now. Then he called an unpleasant-looking girl (by the way, all the employees were dressed very sloppy, the clothes looked “stale”, as if they were cheap funeral clothes) who brought a large folder and with a slight displeasure on her face asked: “What, are you ready to buy?” Our faces “stretched out” in surprise, and Eduard said with embarrassment: “Well, ... they think ... that ... ..... !" She opened a folder (somewhere in the middle) where several euro amounts were written on the sheet. I began to show and say, together with Eduard, that these are the usual prices, and next to them, at a discount. For example: 25,000 thousand euros and 19,000 thousand euros at a discount, etc. We began to “crumple” and say that this is not bad, but we are not ready for this. At this, the girl, blushing sharply and making an angry expression, asked: “So you don’t have money?” (we really don’t have that kind of money) We answered: “No!” She slammed the folder shut furiously and ran to other tables, where other employees were already beckoning her. Deafening music was playing throughout the entire time of the action, and we could hardly hear each other. Also, throughout our conversation with Delux representatives Eduard and Yulia, at short intervals, Delux employees got up from other tables (about three or four), went to the center of the hall, turned off the music and said that for At their table, a married couple bought a vacation for a week or a month and asked everyone to applaud this event. Then Eduard made feeble attempts to once again go over the topic of recreation and very cheap, in their payment company, but seeing that we were not capable of such expenses, he said that he would now see what we had won. Yulia came up again with a magic folder, and she and Eduard, turning the folder towards us, began to leaf through it. It listed all large household appliances, digital equipment, etc.. , on the last sheet was our number and a trip to Turkey to a 3-star hotel for a week for two + a child was written. But we were immediately upset, saying that 3 stars is not a vacation, but so-so. What we won was only accommodation there, and the road must be paid separately. However, if we pay now 2300 hryvnias, we can go to a 5-star club + road. You need to pay now 2.300 hryvnia to the cashier. Eduard also said that, since we immediately made the necessary payment, their company gives us vouchers not to a three-star club, but to a five-star one, and as a small gift he gave us a plastic card "Delux Gold Card" number 333333. We went home, however, somewhere deep down, it was unsettling, as if something was wrong. (It seems that they should have received a free prize, but they won a ticket, and even paid for it). Arriving home, we began to carefully study the Internet space in search of information and reviews about this organization. We found reports that this is a fraudulent company and is engaged in deception. The message describes the same events that happened to us. We were horrified. We took a Delux Gold Card, which said about a 25% discount on Ukrainian hotels "Quelle Polyana", "RIXOS", "Royal Hotels Spa Resorts", "Vernigora", and began to call there. They said they didn't know about "Delux" and that they didn't have a 25% discount. After collecting information on the Internet and analyzing what happened to us there, we realized that this was a well-thought-out scam, that we were deceived and our money was stolen. We realized that all those invited to the entrance were sitting with their backs for a reason, any movements there (for example, to the toilet) were accompanied by a “Delux” employee. Any turn of our head the employee tried to stop, with his questions or conversations. We did not hear what was happening at the neighboring tables, because of the deafening music. The couples who allegedly bought the vacation and whom we applauded were, most likely, shells. It is unlikely that out of 15 couples there were three or four who could, at some incomprehensible presentation, take and lay out more than 20 thousand euros. We also realized that there were no prizes, there were only winnings in the form of virtual tours, for which you had to pay extra. If the firm maintains documentation, in accordance with the law, then they must have a list of people whom they are dragging into these actions. Also, according to payment documents (if it is official), you can see if anyone made purchases of “weeks of rest” for such huge money during these promotions, and in particular on 18.12.2011. who warmed up the audience with their alleged acquisitions. It also becomes clear that there is an employee (supervisor-distributor) “Delux” at each table. This is so that the couples who come can not communicate with each other. In their magic folders with winning numbers and prizes in the form of various household and digital equipment, video and audio equipment, telephones, everything was fiction, except for the numbers with winning tickets with an additional payment. We are sure that nothing was given to anyone, except for virtual vouchers with deceit. When we were flipping through a folder with numbers and signatures under them: a laptop, a TV, etc., we thought: “Well, someone won these things, but what about me? Ticket! Hooray! Good too!". But everything was done in such a way as to deceive with the least suspicion.. We began to persistently call “Delux” every day and (after a week of persistent calls) on December 26, 2011 we managed to get through. The girl took the phone. We said we wanted our money back. She told us to write a statement addressed to the director of the firm. She emailed us a sample. We wrote a statement and sent it to the address indicated by a letter with notification. However, no one responded to our letter, although they received notification that they had received our letter. After a while, we received an e-mail in which we

, that in order to return the money you need to go to London at No. 13 Herovstreet, where the main office of their fraudulent organization is located (for some reason, with a different name). Such a development of events could be expected, because these are scammers. As a result, we received a strong shock. Yes! Really! We are very trusting! But, how can we live if we do not trust, and the bandits take advantage of this and deceive us, destroying our plans and dreams.
We wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office in Kyiv, they sent it to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyiv, and after 3 months they answered that everything was OK (roughly speaking, you don’t have to be LO ... ..gullible).
