I want to share my impressions of the trip 4.03-8.03.2011 to Bukovel with the Wild Tour. It all started with landing in a "comfortable bus" Mercedes Sprinter. It was completely packed, bags, snowboards were underfoot. Traveling 10 hours in such a bus was very uncomfortable. Vitaliy (director of the agency) collected money for the landing and quickly disappeared :). They settled us in Mikulychyn in Smerekova hut near Nadiya. On the last day before departure, Vitaly called and said that in the morning we had to check out of the rooms, although accommodation was agreed until the evening. At 6 am, a new group drove in, the hostess turned off the hot water. The food was terrible (small and tasteless). The last supper was obviously not fresh, the children on the bus began to vomit. CONCLUSION: NEVER WITH THE WILD TOUR AND NEVER IN THE SMEREKOVOY HUT AT NADIIA IN MYKULICHIN. I DO NOT ADVISE!
This time, apparently, there was a personal conflict between the hostess and the tourists. We are unlikely to continue to cooperate with this boarding house, but tourists should also understand that they are going on a budget tour, and behave respectfully towards the host. Then no one will be in a bad mood.
В этот раз, судя по всему, произошел личный конфликт между хозяйкой и туристами. Мы вряд ли дальше будем сотрудничать с этим пансионом, но и туристы должны понимать, что едут они в бюджетный тур, и вести себя уважительно по отношению к принимающей стороне. Тогда ни у кого не будет плохого настроения.

Thank you, Vitaliy, for your response to my review. Indeed, the tour was budget, we did not expect anything special. Everything was superimposed on one another. Thanks for the discount for the child and thanks to the tourists who gave us a seat, but it was not on your behalf. We arrived in advance to take more comfortable places, but you did not tell us where the bus was parked, although, if you remember, we repeatedly called you and clarified this issue.
Спасибо, Виталий, за Ваш отклик на мой отзыв. Действительно тур был бюджетный, чего-либо особенного мы не ожидали получить. Все накладывалось одно на другое. Спасибо за скидку ребенку и спасибо туристам, которые уступили нам место, но это было не с вашей подачи. Мы заранее приехали, чтобы занять более комфортные места, но Вы не сообщили место стоянки автобуса, хотя, если помните мы неоднокрвтно звонили Вам и уточняли этот вопрос.
The tour advertised a late checkout. None of our group knew about the need to check out in the morning. You started warning everyone at 21:00 the day before. Your competitors offer similar tours with early check-in and late check-out for the same price. We chose your company because they wanted to return to Kiev on the 8th. We did not come into conflict with the owner of the Smerekova hut. This is her attitude towards tourists. Personally, I wasn't in the mood to be dissatisfied. Most likely we were not lucky with the "budget tour".
В рекламе тура было прописано позднее выселение. Никто из нашей группы не знал о том,что нужно выселяться утром. Вы начали предупреждать всех в 21.00 накануне. Ваши конкуренты предлагают аналогичные туры с ранним заселением и поздним выселением за такие же деньги. Мы выбрали вашу компанию, т.к. хотели вернуться 8-го в Киев.С хозяйкой Смерековой хаты мы в конфликт не вступали. Это ее отношение к туристам. Лично я не была настроена быть недовольной. Скорее всего нам не повезло с "бюджетным туром".

Марія Ви повністю праві на рахунок організаціїї турів Віталієм. Сам впевнився. Домовлялись про одне, а Вони пробували просунути інше. На обмані бізнес не построїш.... Хто хоче їхати з Диким Туром обов"язково узгоджуйте програму у письмовому вигляді. Бо обіцяють одне, а роблять інше!
Організація відпочинку у них дійсно жахлива!!!!!!!!!!
Хто ризикне з ними їхати-підпишіть договір!!!!!!!!!!!
