Due to the irresponsibility of the Nastya employee, I lost 100 thousand rubles for free and blocked entry to Europe! All subsequent applications from the consulates are rejected! I wanted to go quickly, without collecting documents on my own and buying this “documentation” service from the agency.

Having experienced a lot of inconvenience from incorrect work and in communication with his manager, who communicates at best on “YOU”. Having spent a lot of time on such things as a trip to the consulate in Moscow time. (Where, again, Nastya simply forgot to specify the time of my arrival and I had to "walk a little" !! )

Critical delays in terms of issuance, so I had to go on my own again to Moscow time, for a visa on the eve of departure !!!

And in the end I was deployed at the border due to incorrect paperwork !! WTF!? Anastasia did not bring me up to date on such things as hotel reservations and all the information that the agency submitted to the consulate on my behalf, she simply did not tell me! And I went there for the first time and alone! Can you imagine my emotion at the situation?! I could not answer in accordance with the documents that I supposedly submitted myself. The data that I said and that sent by the manager to the consulate were different. The customs officers considered all this suspicious and turned me back.! And they closed entry to Europe for an indefinite time ..
