I repeatedly used the services of the Euro-tour Tver agency and there were no problems, but the last time a situation occurred that radically changed my attitude towards this company.
When ordering a tour to Montenegro on the website of the travel agency, the Danicia 4 * hotel was selected. By email I received a confirmation of the order of this particular hotel by mail, but upon arrival in Montenegro we were settled in Danicia villa 2 * - this hotel cannot be selected on the agency website (i.e. it was not physically possible to order it), and the cost of rest in it is much less.
In the process of booking the tour, we were never warned that another hotel was ordered for us, the star rating of the hotel was also not indicated anywhere in the documents, although the cost of the tour corresponded to the order of the Danicia 4 * hotel. Those. we were sold a tour to a two-star hotel for the price of a four-star.
The agency did not admit its mistake. Thank you for ruining our holiday.
