Excellent travel agency. They do a great job without being overbearing.

We first contacted this travel agency a couple of years ago and have since become their regular customers. I was very surprised by the service, and in a good sense of the word. My wife and I live in Kyiv, so we are used to relaxing without transfers and additional inconveniences. I informed the manager about this, because we bought a bus tour from Truskavets. It was very nice when, a day after talking with the manager of Europe-tour, they called me back and informed me in great detail about all the possible route options, time, prices, and said that if we agree, they can change the return route, so that we have time for the most convenient train. This made me very happy and we agreed. After the very first trip with Europe-tour, we became their regular customers. What I can especially note is the accuracy of fulfilling all promises. If they can make concessions, they will do it with maximum skill, if there are any risks, add. opportunities, they will also be reported. I consider myself a pampered client, but this travel agency did not leave me indifferent. If you want to receive only positive emotions during the whole trip, then you are definitely here. I no longer encountered such travel agencies where an ordinary driver knows about the country he travels with the accuracy of an encyclopedia, is always polite and courteous, and fulfills any requests quickly and with maximum courtesy. (We once had a family with two children under 10 in our group. Toilets, stops, snacks were built in such a way that no one even noticed that the children were capricious. Hotels, excursions within countries, visits to shopping centers, baths and all that , are built so that everyone in the group gets the maximum in a short time. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO YOU EUROPE-TOUR !!! Long years of prosperity and as many tourists as possible. And you yourself know how to make them happy and give a lot of positive from traveling!
