We used the services of the travel agency "Heat" for the first time - and did not regret a second, we were very satisfied. They wanted to relax in Turkey, so that they would be comfortable, and with beautiful nature, and go on excursions of interest. Met with friendly managers. Personal thanks to the manager Tanechka. The person is sincerely interested in the satisfaction of vacationers. We picked a good hotel, carefully selected the date and even the time of departure (they wanted to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday there). Flight and check-in without delay, (thanks again to Tanya for the chosen tour operator!) She contacted us during the rest, and after the trip she was interested in our impressions. Thank you for the great work! Good luck, prosperity and many clients! I recommend the agency "Heat" to everyone!
