I read the reviews of the tourist and just can not believe my eyes. It feels like we're talking about different companies. I have been with this company since its inception. Just suits everything!!!! And the approach, and the quality of service, and responsibility. Problems happen everywhere (although I didn’t have them with this company). But they can arise even simply due to their own "stupidity".
Director - Marina Nikolaeva is just a smart girl. I don't remember a single time when she didn't accompany us during the entire tour.
Tourists like me still need to endure!!! I can shake everyone with all the questions inside and out. But Marina endured. At the same time, she reacted very calmly and adequately to me.
All in all, a huge thank you to this company. I recommend her to all my friends. No one has yet regretted and refused her services.
Everyone is happy and glad that they found this company.
No one has yet moved somewhere else.
So, I think that with Daria, it's more of a problem with tour operators and the airline company. Or maybe his own hysteria.
