From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the Giraffe Tour team for my second vacation, especially the manager Yulia, who showed unlimited patience with the whims of my harmful and unbearable husband))

Thank you for not "giving up" after all the demands put forward by us; thank you that the hotel lived up to expectations, thank you that we "did not rush about in the dark"!

I am glad that I didn’t succumb to the “herd reflex” after reading a negative review, it’s like that everywhere in the travel industry)

The term of the last "Schengen" will expire and we will again go with the "Giraffe"!

I read after your post above and did not understand what exactly you are accusing the travel agency of - that you did not return the money? I already wrote that NEVER and no one will return the full amount of money to you, it's too stupid to hope for it. And, as far as I understand, your group was sent somewhere! Can you humanly and without this "rudeness of an upstart" write what exactly the problem turned out to be and what you were dissatisfied with (if you are really a real tourist, and not an employee of a competing travel agency)? In addition, as far as I had time to read, the operator through which you were sent offered compensation (by the way, unprecedented generosity for operators), but you still, instead of compensating for the troubles at the expense of the REALLY guilty, continue to "spit saliva" - that's why I tend to think that you are just a competitor.

Because everything has been said above, the travel agency changed the tour operator without our consent, although as it turned out later, no giraffe tour even tried to cooperate with the first tour operator ... then they constantly FORGOT to inform us about the changes in the tour, then they completely removed Bratislava from the tour, then it turned out that no one went anywhere at all ... and the money was not fully paid, although our money and documents did not visit either the tour operator or the embassy ...
