People, I don’t want you to even come close to the building of this "travel agency" !!! I just don't want anyone else to be deceived like we are! And believe me, we would not write all these reviews if everything really were not so bad! People were thrown just at the station!!! They traveled through the whole city of Kharkiv in a taxi, to find out already at the station that they were going on no tour!!! Just take our advice! And learn from other people's mistakes!

We are one of the few travel agencies that deal with such unusual destinations. Due to the lack of a group, we were forced to cancel this trip. Please note that we informed you about the cancellation of the tour 9 days before the trip. We ourselves would very much like this excursion to take place and all the tourists to be satisfied. To do this, we called our regular tourists, made promotions and in every possible way wanted to gather a group. We also offered you an excellent tour “Kyiv + Factory of Christmas Decorations” (http://www.otdihnavse100.com.ua/tours/new-year/kiev-novohodniaia-elka.html).
Since this alternative did not suit you, we naturally offered you a refund of the full amount of money that you paid us. Then, realizing that the holidays are coming and we want each of our tourists to be satisfied and have a festive mood, we offered you help with tickets, as we heard from you that you have a desire to go to Lviv. We offered you to buy tickets at your own expense, in the form of compensation, but alas, you refused. Once again, we apologize for the situation and wish you a good and successful year!)

Надеемся, что экскурсия ”Вечера на хуторе близь Диканьки” на которую Вы с нами поехали 02.01.2018 принесла Вам массу удовольствия и положительных эмоций)
Мы одни из немногих турфирм, который занимаются столь необычными направлениями. В связи с не набором группы, мы были вынуждены отменить данную поездку. Просим заметить, что об отмене тура мы Вам сообщили за 9 дней до поездки. Мы сами очень хотели бы, чтобы эта экскурсия все таки состоялась и все туристы были довольны. Для этого мы прозванивали наших постоянных туристов, делали акции и всячески хотели собрать группу. Так же мы предложили Вам отличную экскурсию “Киев + Фабрика елочных игрушек” (http://www.otdihnavse100.com.ua/tours/new-year/kiev-novohodniaia-elka.html).
Так как данная альтернатива Вам не подошла, мы естественно предложили Вам вернуть полную сумму денег, которую Вы нам оплатили. Затем понимая, что грядут праздники и мы хотим, чтобы каждый наш турист оставался доволен и имел праздничное настроение, мы предложили Вам помощь с билетами, так как услышали от Вас, что у Вас есть желание поехать во Львов. Мы предложили Вам купить билеты за свой счет, в виде компенсации, но увы Вы отказались. Еще раз приносим свои извинения за сложившеюся ситуацию и желаем Вам хорошего и успешного года!)

The excursion to Dikanka was mediocre, the trip to Kyiv - instead of Chernigov, it's like replacing dessert with a bottle of beer. We refused tickets only because there was no longer any trust in your travel company. And we were offered one-way tickets. Our problem is not solved. And forever will be yours. I have already dissuaded about 30 of my friends from using the services of your company. You are the worst thing in the country's tourist market
Экскурсия в Диканьку была посредственная, поездка в Киев - вместо Чернигова, это все равно, что заменить десерт бутылкой пива. От билетов мы отказались только потому, что доверия к Вашей туркомпании уже не было. И билеты нам предлагали в один конец. Наша проблема не решена. А навеки станет Вашей. Я уже отговорила около 30 своих друзей пользоваться услугами вашей компании. Вы худшее, что есть на туррынке страны
