For example, instead of Thailand, there should have been India (Goa) - when there were some difficulties with the return flight (I don’t remember whether it was canceled in advance, or something else), the agency helped to choose another option as soon as possible (up to flight was less than a week away. As for Europe - for some reason, many operators suffer from garbage and give documents only before the trip right at the station (or at the airport). When I went to Slovakia (the tour was from Kyiv), until the last moment I didn’t know if I had a visa in my passport, because I received my passport back in Kyiv half an hour before the train left ... Return train tickets from Uzhgorod were generally issued after returning from Slovakia right at the station - it is absolutely incomprehensible why it was impossible to issue them in Kyiv before leaving.
In general, the task of a travel agent is to help in choosing and designing a tour, as well as to be a link between the tour operator and the client ... If the tour operator is shit and does not inform clients about the cancellation of the tour in advance - I would not go with this tour operator and the agency next time nothing to do with it.

I don't understand why my positive review I wrote about Prestige Tour in January 2011 was deleted.
With this tour operator, our company works constantly. And in the promotional tour, which is discussed on this page, I was myself! The review by ClieNt80 written on 12/17/10 is a complete lie.
One gets the impression that this page about this tour operator was created specifically to throw mud at it. Probably by order of competitors.
The site administration prints bad reviews and deletes good ones.
Мне не понятно почему мой положительный отзыв, который я написала о Престиж тур в январе 2011 был удален.
С этим туроператором наша фирма работает постоянно. И в рекламном туре, о котором идет речь на этой странице -я была сама лично!Отзыв ClieNt80 написанный 17.12.10 - полная ложь.
Складывается впечатление, что данная страница об этом туроператоре была создана специально, что бы облить грязью.Наверняка по заказу конкурентов.
Администрация сайта плохие отзывы печатет , а хорошие удаляет.
