Flew with a friend to Cyprus. It was my first trip, i.e. flight abroad. I bought a tour, got the docks and flew. No problems, met, taken, told everything) No complaints, thanks for the work.
I was surprised to find such comments here ... of course I understand that someone should be in charge and claims must be dumped somewhere, but in reality, the travel agency cannot influence the work of the embassy, as it seems to me)
