Good afternoon! Olya, thank you so much for your help in the selection and organization of the holiday. You will always patiently help in all matters and intricacies of choosing a vacation. Rested in Novotel Palm company of 9 people! The vacation has been wonderful. In the hotel, all the staff are very good, they quickly responded to all requests, one room was very small for three people, at the request they changed the next day without any additional surcharges. In the restaurant, the staff worked very quickly, the food was good and there was always enough of everything. The hotel is on the 2nd line, but it takes a maximum of 5 minutes to walk to the beach. tiers, lived in the most distant rooms, but it did not even bother. The beach is wonderful, smooth entry for children, as well as a very beautiful reef.
