They were also poorly informed about the features of the hotel (there is no WiFi in the room)

We are sorry that your expectations from the service in our company were not justified. Indeed, the specifics are such that due to the limited number of seats on the flight and the dynamic prices, sometimes the manager has to rush the client with payment in order to book the tour at the agreed price. And just in your case, there were only 5 places left for the tour, only the indicated date of departure suited you. The manager was forced to communicate with you during non-working hours (from 20:00 to 23:44) to help you with the choice of the tour and book the option you like.
As for the nuances in the hotel, here you are right, the manager's mistake, which did not reveal your need for Wi-Fi when choosing a hotel. But unfortunately, you did not report the importance of this criterion.
