The tour is not bad, but the leader Ruslan ruined the whole trip. Because of him, at first we stood for more than 3 hours outside the Hungarian border, because. he had extra cigarettes. Because of him, we did not go to Budapest, although he was on the tour program. But the saddest thing is that he did not take me and my son from Dubrovnik, where we rested (almost the entire group was with him in Montenegro, in Budva, where he promised to deliver us "early"), did not answer a single SMS. Bus d.b. come for us at 15-00, but at 18-00 he was not there. admin. hotel after half an hour of negotiations by phone. she said that no one would come for us, at 19-00 the last bus leaves for Budva and this is our last opportunity to get there. My son and I had to go to another country with a pile of things, and after 23-00 look for their hotel there, having only a voucher with the name of the hotel without an address. The next morning, not only did I not hear a word of apology, they cursed me even with the whole bus.

It is necessary to delve into the weather conditions: since the trains did not leave at 18:00, but at 2 am due to the sharp snowfall in Kyiv. Accordingly, the bus arrived late at the border, respectively, 2 days of the program was shifted. THE FIRST 2 DAYS OF THE TOUR FAILED BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER CONDITIONS 2. Why did the bus leave at 12:00 for a sightseeing tour? - For an overnight stay every day you need to defend the bus for 9 hours. Only after 9 o'clock you can go on the road. Check with any carrier. 3. In Vienna, before the night crossing, the bus sucks for 9 hours. We arrived in Vienna late (the reason was the weather on the first day, then a simple 9 hours every day, the program was shifted in time). It turned out to leave at one in the morning. But then the program leveled off and everyone managed to do it in Verona, both in Milan and Venice. The guide could not even theoretically be in nightlife, because this evening she was near the bus with nervous people. I ask you to ask in the future to also evaluate the level of the bus, which was comfortable. Hotels: in Budapest Danubius Hotel Budapest 4*, Hotel Sud Point 3*, Hotel Aquamarin 3* on Lake Heviz. In the questionnaires, everyone rated the bus, drivers, hotels at 5 points. The company did not save on transport and hotels, because we are trying for tourists! The guides in Vienna, Milan and Venice were professional. Why not write about the good, but only about the bad maintainer? Why is it necessary to put only 2 points out of ten? Katrina Bagdasaryan

This is not the first time we have traveled with your company. But there were no such hitches as Budapest. After all, it was possible to take a group and organize a tour (without a bus) around the city by an experienced guide until 12-00, etc. After all, as you write, the hotel in Budapest was chic and not far from the city center! And at the expense of Vienna, we checked with "any transport worker" the children have every right to be on the bus while it settles, but I generally keep quiet about its heating You yourself perfectly understand that the floppy disk starts writing when calculating km, and not when igniting. And people would not be "nervous" if the escort was a professional and adequately answered the questions posed by tourists and knew how to "rule" such situations.
At the expense of the bus and hotels, we ourselves filled out the same questionnaires and gave only positive feedback, our problem was not in arranging the trip, but in the GUIDE, which was extremely unprofessional.
